Beaver Lake Day Camp Origins
Restart in 2011
A group of 4 women restarted the day camp program for Beaver Lake Service Unit in 2011. At the time we all had daughters who were active in Girl Scouts and we all wanted a Day Camp where they and all Girl Scouts could attend and have a great time. We restarted this camp purely because we all love Girl Scouts and what Girl Scouts has done for us, our daughters, and the many other girls we have had contact with through our association with Girl Scouts.
